Equipment

WPFD has a full compliment of Emergency Response Equipment. Staffed for Fire, Medical Aid, Auto Accidents, Aircraft Accidents and Public Assistance, WPFD supplies first response staffing to it's assigned area. Ambulance service is supplied by AMR.


Engine 30

Engine 30   is the first-out Engine to all requests for assistance.
E30 is a 2004 HME build-up, equipped with a 1250 gpm Waterous mid-ship pump, a 250 gpm auxillary pump, a 800 gallon water tank and a 20 gallon foam tank. E30 has a full compliment of Hurst tools.

Engine 230

Engine 230   is the second out/reserve Engine to all requests for assistance.
E230 is a 1985 GMC, equipped with a 1000 gpm front mounted pump, a 60 gpm skid pump, a 750 gallon water tank and a 20 gallon foam tank. E230 has a full compliment of Hurst tools.

Water 30

Water 30   is the first out Water Tender to all Structure Fires.
W30 is a 2006 International, equipped with a 750 gpm Hale mid-ship pump. W30 carries 3,000 gallons of water.

Water 230

Water 230   is the first out Water Tender to all Grass Fires.
W230 is a 1990 GMC TopKick with a 2,000 gallon tank and a 200gpm pump.

Brush 30

Brush 30   responds to every call when staffed.
Brush 30 is a 1997 Ford F350 with 4WD. It has a 200 gallon water tank and a 60gpm pump. It also has foam capabilities.

Brush 230

Brush 230   responds to every call when staffed.
Brush 230 is a 1997 Ford F350 with 4WD. It has a 200 gallon water tank and a 60gpm pump. It also has foam capabilities.
